Built an end-to-end analysis agent correlating incident histories, short and detailed descriptions, and Opera portal alert configurations to classify alerts as valid, requiring human intervention, or requiring manual validation.

  • Engineered a multi-agent automation system for the AHA Review process, automating repetitive infrastructure alert analysis and accelerating validation workflows.
  • Built an end-to-end analysis agent correlating incident histories, short and detailed descriptions, and Opera portal configurations for intelligent classification.
  • Developed and integrated 10 custom MCP tools within an MCP server to retrieve, process, analyze, and summarize infrastructure review data across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Implemented parallelized batch processing to review AHAs in batches of 25, improving processing throughput while maintaining consistent analysis across large datasets.
